    You have a nice looking web site which is great to show interested people your holiday rental but you need people to find it. We provide a number of web sites where you can advertise your holiday rental for free - you just upload your basic property details into our database and they will appear on the sites. Interested people will then be sent to your web site where they can make a booking.

    You can have a free calendar for display on your web site - the calendar can be either a simple web page or you can build it into a new or existing web page on your site. It is easy to add bookings and it comes with a complete management system so you can keep a record of each person that has booked.

    TAKE ONLINE CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS
    Credit Cards
    A lot of people now want to pay their booking by credit card and our software allows you to take credit card bookings online. You just set your prices and any extras such as final cleaning, pool heating etc and give the customer a web link and they can make the payment direct into your own Paypal account.

    FREE GUEST BOOK
    Nothing is better to help secure a rental than recommendations from people that have previously stayed at your holiday home.
    With this easy to use guest book you just ask people that have stayed at your property to go to a link and fill in a simple form and the results appear in your guest book once you have approved them.

    Similar to the calendar the guest book can be a stand alone web page or else built into a web page on your site. Click here to see examples.

    FREE CURRENCY CONVERTER
    It is normal to quote your rental in one currency but there will be people looking at staying in your property who use a different currency. It is very time consuming to keep updating your rental rates in several currencies but this currency converter we supply free fits into your web page below your rental rates and enables anyone to calculate the cost in their local currency.
    Available in different currencies it is updated each day on that mornings spot price.

    FREE COUNTER AND WEB SITE STATISTICS
    We provide a small counter you can add to each page on your site which will record the number of visitors (or you can keep the number hidden if you prefer)
    This is far more than a counter as it keeps a record of each visitor to your web site, where they came from and the search term they used if they came from a search engine such as Google, Yahoo or MSN.

    FREE INSTALLATION SERVICE
    Don't feel confident adding any of these features to your web site?
    Whilst we prefer you to install these free tools yourself we realise that this is difficult for members without the techical knowledge so we provide an installation service free of charge - just fill in a form in the members' area and we will do it all for you.

    OWNERS FORUMS
    We run several forums for holiday rental owners where members can discuss the best advertising options and how to best promote their web sites.

    Rather than wasting money advertsing on web sites giving poor returns why not find out the experience of other owners first hand?


    We run a help forum that as well as giving advice and help adding our free tools it also gives advice from other members on any problems you may have with your web site.

    We have articles on how to promote your web site in the search engines together with tools to help you increase your rankings - take advantage of the free traffic the search engines provide.

    We only believe in ethical search engine promotion and we will give you advice to prevent your web site being banned or penalised by the major search engines.

    HOLIDAY RENTAL SCAM REGISTER
    Owners of holiday rental property are subject to constant attempts to scam them. On our subscription sites we have advanced software to cut out the scam enquiries but individual web site owners do not have this facility.

    To help holiday rental web site owners to avoid expensive scams we provide a continually updated register of email addresses we know the scams are coming from so if you receive a suspicious enquiry you can see if it is on our register of known scammers.

    To use all or some of the above services you must obviously have your own web site and you must be prepared to add a link to our site from the front page of your web site. We provide a large number of different linking alternatives so there will be one that fits the style of your web site.
